职位描述
岗位职责
1. Lead NPI team to fulfill all biz expectation including time to market, time to volume and time to quality (refer to below description: NPI team members’ JD)
2. Drive for agile and lean NPI process for business requirement. Drive for system and process optimization for supply chain new product launch requirement
3. Team management, team development and people development
4. Interface with all cross-functions
5. Enhance collaboration with all cross-functions
Team Member JD:
？ New Product Supply Chain launch management including time to market, time to volume and time to quality by drive cross-functions in corporation.
？ Lead Supply chain readiness for new product launch. Supply chain new product E2E setup/design
？ Lead supply chain engineering readiness and DFX review for product enablement
？ DFx leadership and coordination across SC & Quality
？ New product forecast, planning, capacity coordination and project management
？ Quality Risk management to ensure new product smoothly launch
？ Supply chain E2E material readiness management
？ Develops WW Manufacturing (In-house & ODM plants) capacity & supply plan for new product and Establishes Site Commitment.
？ Management of multi-site launch of New Products.
？ Owner of Supply Chain Readiness Review, Supply Chain Review, Smart Launch Review and other key checkpoints of new product launch.
？ Coordinator for new product pilot run supply chain readiness
？ ODM New product launch partner with Procurement
？ Supply chain rep in Corporation Product Committee.
？ Supply chain owner of product change request management.
？ Supply chain E2E process optimization for new product launch
？ Proactive project risk and communication management
Request：
？ 10year+ work experience with 5 year+ people manager role (10+ IDL)
？ Rich experience in product introduction project or RD project management
？ Technical/Engineering (Tooling, Mechanical, SMT or E-mechanical, etc) background requested.
？ DFX background preferred
？ Excellent English communication skill (oral and write) requested
？ oversea work experience preferred
？ Brand Company experience preferred
