Job Description

Job description:
- Working in close collaboration with our senior leadership, assure alignment of people strategies and organizational development with SESAME’s overall business strategy in China.
- Provide HR guidance on topics such as compensation, organizational design, retention, engagement, relocation, training and performance management
- Partner with Business Managers to ensure they successfully on-board, engage, scale and retain their Consultants/Project Teams. Help craft and drive performance management and career development programs.
- Provide strong support in the rollout of a new HR Management system.
- Facilitate local compliance programs. Provide training on company policies and internal procedures. Provide coaching and solutions for difficult employee relations issues.
Qualifications
- University degree in HR or related field a must. An MBA or Masters in HR a plus.
- 4+ years working in the HR area in China, 2+ years as an HR Supervisor or HR Business Partner. Ideal candidates will have worked in R&D in Automotive, Aerospace, Telecom or Energy sectors in southern China.
- Ability to thoroughly understand the service offerings, market positioning, strategies and leadership of SESAME in China. Up to date and fluent with the Chinese Labor Contract Law
- Excellent interpersonal skills and business savvy. A self starter, with consistently upbeat and positive energy, able to work independently but also highly collaborative.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese a must.
