Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Develops sourcing strategies to meet requirements and manages and participates in selection and offer process.
2. Identifies the most effective resources for identifying technical/professional candidates efficiently, including the internet, various recruiting databases, search engines/tools, referrals, job fairs, etc.
3. Utilizes staffing systems and processes to track, report, and measure performance.
4. Applies interviewing techniques to identify the top candidates including the use of behavioral interviewing methods.
5. Develops strategies for compensation and benefit programs.
6. Organizes training programs and development programs.
7. Supports other local HR issues.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
2. Over five years of recruiting experience.
3. Ability to handle high volume of recruiting activity.
4. Ability to perform under dynamic, high-pressure situations
5. Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
