Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for more than one thousand servers stable operation and fault recovery.
2.Responsible for operation of the monitor system, plug-in writers and server list update.
3.Meet the needs of the project teams, and feedback of the on-line server running status and cooperate investigation when failure.
4.lead to the ability enhancing of team members.

Qualifications：
1.Have a strong learning ability, enthusiasm for technology. like solving puzzles, strong sense of responsibility.
2.Familiar with the LAMP architecture, proficient in shell, familiar with the monitor system.
3.Have the experience of maintaining more than 500 servers, better with AWS servers.
4.Familiar with the maintance of MySQL, NoSQL database cluster, data backup, recovery, and optimization.
5.Familiar with php, memcache, redis clusters, have the good consciousness of automated, standardized operation and maintenance.
6.The ablity of quickly locate and solve the fault of online service.
7.The language ability of Ruby,Python or PHP, one at least.
8.Have good ability of English speaking and reading.
9.Good communication skills, with the ability to manage affairs, better with team management experience.
