职位描述
Responsibities:
- Build a sustainable regulatory excellence through systems, science, and people and continuous process improvements.
- Ensure that the company correctly anticipates, influences and interprets new food regulations and provide clear guidelines for their application
- Rreview and monitor Chinese regulations regarding company product’s safety, legality, and quality regularly, and to collect the relevant info to prepare the regulatory newsletter for internal communication.
- Be a regulatory interface for R+D, Marketing, Sales, Quality and Health affair to provide internal training/ guidelines on regulatory issues.
- Validate the product composition and the packaging by ensuring they are complying with food regulations, notably food safety and Danone policy.
- Validate all communications related to our products (sale denomination, ingredient list, nutrition labeling …) and specially nutrition and health claims (in packaging, TV spots, press release, etc.) by ensuring that there are complying with food regulations and Danone guidelines (Brand Communication Guidelines)
- Build and maintain good relationships with authorities and associations to ensure that existing and upcoming regulations either issued by local or central governments are shaped to match company’s interests.
- Be part of the Group regulatory network in execution of Group regulatory strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of Food industry regulatory or quality, and dairy experience is a Plus.
- Bachelor degree in Food science/ biology/pharmaceutical.
- Good communication skill, good interpersonal skill, and a team player.
- Proficient in verbal and written English communication.
- Good computer skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
