工作职责:
1. Responsible for purchasing of direct and indirect materials and supplies related to the production process.
负责生产物料的采购与供应
2. Responsible for purchasing of imported equipment 、spare part and materials.
负责进口设备、进口备件、进口原物料的采购。
3. Implementation and further development of new supply sources to optimize price, quality and service;

进行开发新的供应资源以优化价格，质量和服务。
4. Optimize internal purchasing processes;
优化内部采购流程。
5. Coordination of the Negotiation and Implementation of Supply contracts;
谈判协调及采购合同执行。
6. Responsible for supplier management;
负责供应商管理。
7. Other temporary work assigned by superior;
领导分配的其它临时任务。
职位要求：
1． Excellent communication skills and good command on English for both writing & Oral,CET4 or above ; 优秀的英语口语及书写沟通能力,CET-4或以上;
2． 本科或以上学历，机械或电子工程学位优先，熟悉机械电子产品，技术背景强；最好具有印刷行业的从业背景；
3． 具有进出口业务的背景，熟悉机电产品的进口流程；
4． Strong negotiation skills, 较强的谈判能力;
5． Good team player and quick learner ; 具有较强的团队精神及学习能力;
6. 2 or more years of purchasing managing experience. 2年或2年以上采购管理经验
