职位描述
Key Objectives:
- Provide support to the PZ-AP PT Team Leader and the PZ-AP PT Team through steering and monitoring of regional implementation of Talent Management programs or concepts. Steers the Future Talent activities in the Region Asia-Pacific in cooperation with the PT central functions and local HR.
Major Responsibilities:
- Derive talent management concepts and guidelines (in collaboration with local HR functions) in alignment with Group guidelines
- Design talent management processes, tools and programs for Asia Pacific and steer the implementation in the region in collaboration with local HR
- Regional adaptations of global concepts and programs. Provision of regional input and representation of the interests of the region in the definition of Group principles.
- Monitor the progress and evaluate the performance of talent management activities conducted by local HR, and ensure the conformity to Group and Regional guidelines
- Governance role with regard to regional talent management guidelines and policies within region.
- Steering role and main interface for talent management for all countries within the region
- Internal and external contact partner for issues of talent management in the region
- Ascertainment and consolidation of market requirements and their representation at headquarters
(“Voice of the markets/region in the headquarters”).
- Ensure exchange of best practice and lessons learned throughout the hub networks of BMW Group
- Designs, evaluates and modifies talent management guidelines and programs to make sure that they fit regional needs and are in alignment with group policies and requirements
- Identifies areas for improvement of Talent Management in the region, and derive action plans
- Market observation, analysis of trend with focus on talent acquisition and development and regular practice sharing with other companies.
Education / Degree:
- BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Organizational Development or in a related field of study.
Knowledge / Skills / Competences:
- English fluency (German preferred); high interpersonal and intercultural competence.
Experience:
- 2+ years working experience in HR fields. International working or studying experience preferred.
