Key responsibilities:

-Manage project from initiation to closure
-Be accountable for project results along with management
Work with project sponsor and stakeholders to complete project charter outlining scope, goals, deliverers, required resources, budget and timing
-Complete work breakdown structure to estimate effort required for each task
-Provide a project schedule to identify when each task will be performed
-Resolve any issues and solve problems throughout the project life cycle
-Effectively manage project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented and approved
-Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports to management
-Ensure all project documents are safely archived following project completion

Qualification:

-Minimum: 7 years IT experience and 3 years Project Management experience.
-Highly motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and communications skills
-Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented and thorough
-Experience with defining and delivering a new product to market
-Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
-At least 5 years of experience with information systems. Minimum 2-years working experience in project management, automobile industry background is plus
-PMP certification is an advantage.
