岗位职责：

1、负责、制定并实施公司所属网站SEO/SEM推广方案

2、配合公司各个部门做好网络推广的各项工作

3、定期优化推广方案，并向上级汇报。

4、深入了解百度、谷歌搜索引擎规则，熟悉优化及排名技巧和原理，对网站 alexa 排名、流量原理，关键字、竞价排名、交换链接等网络推广工具运用得当；

5、熟悉各种网络推广手段，能自主拟定网络营销推广方案，并能监督、参与方案的执行；

6、精通SEO工具,能针对关键词优化进行合理内容设计，能对关键词进行深度分析，对网站关键词提出相关策略；

7、良好的文字功底，策划、分析能力，要求有一定的软文写作能力；

8、有大型门户网站操作经验、个人优化案例的优先录用。



任职资格：

1、大专以上学历，3年以上相关工作经验

2、 市场营销、管理类、计算机等相关专业专科及以上学历；

3、 熟悉互联网行业，一年以上网站推广经验，有大型网站工作经验优先；

4、 熟悉竞价排名、搜索引擎优化等方式；

5、 熟练掌握软文、交换链接、邮件推广、SNS推广、论坛推广及其它特殊的推广方式；

6、 良好的沟通协作能力和文案水平；
