For the roles that have direct reports, we have defined standard accountabilities that Misys expects every manager to deliver as regards to managing and developing their team members .

· Identify and recruit internal/external talents to ensure effective mix of competencies

· Induct new joiners in order to quickly maximise performance

· Set and communicate team/individual objectives and KPI to inspire individuals to achieve high performance

· Allocate work load to fully utilise every employee’s talent

· Implement development plans and coach for individuals to reach their maximum talent

· Provide regular constructive feedback on performance/development and address poor/mediocre performance on a timely manner

· Recognise high performers to maintain motivation and retain key talent

· Regularly communicate on company news and team progress against business plan

· Create team spirit



Academic and professional qualifications / experience

1.Undergraduate degree and above required

2.3 years plus recruiting experience

3.Outstanding written and oral communication skills required

4.Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize workload required

5.Evidence of ability to source candidates using traditional and non-traditional search methods

6.Customer focus to exceed expectations of internal and external clients
