职位描述
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Contribute to consistent business growth by providing unique expertise
· Cover JDSU Optimization, Mobile/Ethernet Assurance portfolio; drive the sales of wireless optimization, signalling protocol, network monitoring system solutions.
· Be responsible for service provider accounts (CM/CT/ CU) over country (HQ as well).
· Manage complex, highly visible, strategically important accounts
· Build healthy pipelines of sales opportunities and ensure profitable closure of each sales opportunity
· Be the Account Manager representing JDSU at customer end, attending customer meetings and keeping customers updated of current and new product offerings
· Responsible for account planning and strategy to deepen penetration of existing accounts
· Build and maintain strong customer relationships in order to influence more sales
· Responsible for generating quotations, organizing product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts and other sales-related activities to ensure closure of sales
· Participate in trade exhibitions and answering to potential customers' queries
· Keep abreast of market / competitor developments and provide relevant feedback to Regional Sales Management teams
· Responsible for accurate updates of sales reports /CRM / Sales-tracking tools, attending internal meetings and involved with various appropriate sales operations activities
· Expect 50% of time for business travel
Required QUALIFICATIONS:
· Minimum 5 years of proven sales/pre-sales/post-sales track record in the Telecommunications or Test & Measurement space
· Bachelor's Degree or higher in Electronics engineering or related fields
· Be familiar with wireless(2G/3G/LTE) equipment/optimization/monitoring/network management solutions
· Clearly understanding the buying process of operator account
· Working experience of NEMs’ HQ sales platform is preferred. (Huawei/ZTE/ALU/NSN/Moto/Ericsson sales team who cover CM/CT/CU headquarter,
MarCom/solution/project manager is also acceptable.)
· Strong presentation, inter-personal and customer fronting skills
· Fluent in oral and written English
· Ability to understand real customer needs and future market trends
· Ability to build effective, healthy relationships with peers, supervisors, and customers
· Ability to function as a valued member of a team and inspire teamwork around them
· Ability to follow through tasks in a consistent way
