职位描述
1.Financial:
- Financial Performance, Reporting, Analysis, and Strategy
- Providing accurate, timely and insightful reporting and analysis on financial performance to the Head of Operations
-Analyse unit results and business drivers, highlight and investigate variances and provide effective input on concerns and challenges and emerging trends
-Prepare and present monthly financial and KPI performance reports
-Provide financial advice, recommendations and presentations to the Head of Operations
-Vigourous checking with internal parties if anything lack of clarity, includes but not limited to IM/Tech/Insurance etc
-Working with FPS team to get transfer of transaction based on work successful
2.Customer:
-Foster strong relationship with business partners, group finance, GSO finance
-Improve internal customer experience with respect to finance as a support function.
-Connect and deliver to stakeholders using subject matter knowledge, established methods and working within agreed frameworks.
3.Process:
-Facilitate the establishment of controls, accounting process & procedures so that various liabilities are properly assessed and are accounted properly, costs booked to right cost centers.
-Liaise with GSO Finance (Melbourne) to facilitate cross campus information sharing and decision making.
4.People:
-Actively manage the relationship with other members of the finance team through collaboration and guidance to meet agreed goals including provision of feedback, encouragement and open communication.
-Keep technical expertise up to date.
5.Risk/compliance/behaviours:
-Ensure that all incidents raised are logged in the appropriate systems within required timeframes and mitigation actions taken.
-Perform risk assessments for new initiatives, process, products and business.
6.Skills, knowledge & experience
-Extensive knowledge in financial ,. Especially strong analysis skill. CPA and financial system background in SAP& HFM are preferred
-Excellent relationship management skills and strong customer focus.
-Extensive experience of finance advisory and business partnering .Demonstrated ability to analyse problems, make suitable recommendations, get stakeholder buy-in and implement solutions
-Very Strong commynication Skills
-Quick learning ability
-Evidence to show the ability to get used to changing environment quickly
