职位描述

The Contracts Manager is a commercial contracts transactional attorney that reviews and advises on various types of agreements including customer, supplier, non-disclosure, environmental and Rohs agreements. The Contracts Manager is responsible for planning, directing, managing and contributing to the contracting process and Contracts Administration Department. This includes drafting, reviewing and maintaining contracts while communicating key issues to business owners, as well as participating in contract decisions and advising on adherence to LT policies and associated risk.



• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts with local and multi-national Companies. (including distribution, B2B, sales, supply, environmental and other contracts)
• Develop, negotiate and execute Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) terms and conditions.
• Review contractual Environmental regulations and terms.
• Organize and manage a contracts administration system to enable efficient work flow and retrieval of completed contracts and other legal documents.
• Acts as central contact point for the organization for the preparation and implementation of all contracts
• Draft legal correspondence (e.g. demand letters)
• Provide internal clients with advice and counsel regarding legal requirements, corporate policies and procedures, best practices, and strategies for managing risk.
• Prepare summary of contracts
• Central contact point for the organization for the preparation and implementation of all contracts.



• Experience and competence in analyzing, drafting, developing, and negotiating customer and vendor contracts.
• Knowledge of the legal and commercial implications of contract content and how to mitigate risk
• Superior communication, management, organizational, interpersonal, customer service skills
• Ability to lead negotiating teams, manage corporate priorities and interface with executive-level management
• Ability to negotiate contracts, senior-level deal-making and vendor negotiation in a corporate environment
• Ability to process computer data and to format and generate reports.
• Ability to create, compose and edit written materials.
• Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
• Cross functional relationships/networking is required.
• Ability to make independent decisions and take accountability for those decisions
• Ability to work in a team and fast-paced environment and
• Knowledge and appreciation of business concepts and requirements
• Ability to balance legal and business issues in negotiation of contracts
• Works under pressure and deadlines



• Juris Doctorate J.D.
• 3-5+ years of contractual/legal experience
• Familiarity with Comparative Law as well as strong general management skills, including experience in negotiations, contract law and human relations and the ability to be successful in an exceedingly complex environment.
