Role Purpose:
？ Plan, manage and deliver releases within schedule, cost and effort tolerance
？ Maintain/optimize existing release processes
？ Coordinate with stakeholders in DSI and testing parts, regarding project plan and tracking, task assignment.
？ Liaise between application development and production for release management control.
？ Coordinates release program activities and functions as a subject matter expert in release management.
？ Ensure compliance to policies and operational procedures as part of project/release delivery.
？ Prioritize multiple tasks based on project urgency

Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
？ Graduate qualifications in computer science, information management and information systems and etc.
？ 7+ years of relevant IT experience, 3-5 years or above relevant working experiences in project management, customer engagement, stakeholder management and release management for software development and delivery.
？ Strong focus on details and quality, with excellent knowledge of SDLC.
？ Strong experience in working with stakeholders/customers from different geographies.
？ Strong customer service attitude.
？ Capability to manage people and their aspirations.
？ Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
？ Working experience with India is a plus.
？ Banking experience or knowledge on Wealth & Retail banking business would be a plus.
？ PMP certificated is a plus.
