Assistant Manager, Recruitment System and Reporting, Human Resources

Responsibility

Recruitment System

-Maintain the data on global recruitment platform (Taleo) to ensure data integrity.

-Develop and maintain tailor-made recruitment system/database/platform/tools to support the whole recruitment cycle,

-Develop automation tools such as Marco, VBA to facilitate the recruitment process streamlining,

-Act as the single point of contact in communication with the system users, central system administrator for the opportunities of system enhancement and process streamlinning.

-Provide system training to system users, develop user manual etc to improve the users experience

Reporting

-Prepare the recruitment status report for the Group, business, and HR to support the analysis on recruitment effeciency,

-Analyse the recruitment related data and provide solution to support HR and business decision,

Recruitment activities

-Lead and facilitate the recruitment projects or events such as MT Programme, campus event, open day, job fairs etc,

-Design the recruitment advertisement materials, such as poster, leaflet, presentation slides etc.

-Develop test for specific roles and maintain the test system,

-Provide recruitment administration support to any ad hoc hiring requisition

Qualification

-General knowledge on recruitment process,

-Good knowledge on database and programming, especially on Access and VBA,

-Comprehensive skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Word,

-Good at English communication both written and verbal.

-Willing to travel across cities, provinces to support recruitment activities.

Work Location

-Foshan (Nanhai Qiandenghu Lake) and Guangzhou (Taikoo Hui and Dongfengxi Lu) based on the business needs
