Role Purpose:

Provide second level support for vendor developed Unix based applications used by Retail & Wealth Banking business. Evaluate and estimate system enhancements request.
Work closely with the business, vendors and multiple IT teams to design, build, test and implement solutions.
Work with non-technical business users to understand real business requirements that are to be supported with a system change.
Manage project cost and implementation schedules.
Timely escalation and resolution of issues.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

Minimum experience of 5 Years in developing (or supporting) .Net web application with SQL Server or Unix based systems with Oracle database.
Experience in supporting various project phases: Analysis, Estimation, Design, Build, Unit Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Change Implementation, Warranty support.
Experience in liaising with non-technical business users to understand real requirements, co-ordinate testing and manage user expectations.
Independent worker who is able to work with minimal guidance. Team player who can work effectively with multiple teams and vendors.
