Job Content:
Roles:
Main Tasks/ Responsibilities / Authorities:
Collect the competitors information to help develop more suitable financing programs
Keep track and forecast for contingent liabilities based on the sales forecast from commercial team
Cooperate with the RCM and frontline colleagues with the first hand news on sales financing status
Negotiate with external channels to enhance the cash flow of dealers
Confirm of insurance related business poilcy
Quantify the IRR rate of each financing channel
Relationship maintenance with trade banks, lease company etc.
Recommend suitable investors to dealers(if needed) both from external financial institutions and key accounts Update HQ with the latest retail financing status.
Prepare presentation on the retail financing channel status and other related issues.
Review the retail financing overdue situation and check the reasonableness of disbursement amount
Monitor and ensure minimum risk exposure and the application of new financing programs
Communicate with audit firm for the appropriate treatment for specific account
Collate and update monthly activity report and comments package to headquarter
Deal with treasury managements such as issueing bonds or explore external investors
Provide ad hoc presentation for sales financing topics and proposals
Attend the monthly communication meeting with sales financing
Provide opinion based on the summarized financial needs from dealers
