职位描述
Principal Accountabilities:
1. Carry on installation such as Newport products, repair and maintenance work on workshop and customer site with efficiency and professional way
2. Build a positive relationship with end-user
3. Achieve ETTR and customer satisfactory target for the direct service
4. Provide end user, distributors or 3rd party with service and technical support via phone, email or onsite
5. Cooperate with customer, distribution & 3rd party daily service operation in assignment territory (warranty claims validation, spare parts inventory, test equipment, recalls process, and etc.)
6. Provide technical and service training to the distributors or 3rd party
7. Monitoring and driving the technical/service performance of the distributors/3rd party (respond time,ETTR, and etc.)
8. Provide technical and service support to internal other function team ( Sales , RA and Marketing dept...).
9. Assist to ensure installation record and other required docs provided by distributor/3rd party timely
10.Be responsible to support technical service management system, including of updating information about service tickets, time tracking tools , etc
11.Travel is required
12.Establish good communication and obtain up-to-date technical information and support from Singapore Regional Service Centre.
13.Assist to follow up and implement other task of company
Requirement:
1. Have at least 2 years of healthcare technical service experience or equivalent such as Newport product
2. Bachelor degree on biomedical engineering ,Electrical or equivalent
3. Good customer communication skill
4. Skills in technical measurement using standard technical tools, such as digital meter, oscilloscope, etc
5. Effective verbal and written communication skill
6. Demonstrate superior workmanship, quantity, and quality in all work areas
7. Good English reading skill for service manual
8. Good team worker, open-minded, self-motivated, positive and active work attitude
