RESPONSIBILITIES/任务和职责

？ Arrange outsourced parts to sub-con supplier base on QAD system routing setting, and optimize sub-con routing arrangement./在QAD系统内设置和安排外包件分配到外协供应商，并优化外包安排

？ Implement sub-con planning to sub-con supplier and daily tracking the actual delivery performance, any abnormal issue highlight to SQE and relate department in a timely manner./ 实施外包件计划，每日跟踪外协供应商的实际交付性能，任何异常问题及时反馈给 SQE 和相关部门

？ Manage supplier performance to meet delivery targets set by the company./ 管理供应商绩效以满足公司制定的交付目标

？ Maintain the supplier information database by QAD system efficiently and place orders in a timely manner./ 有效地通过 QAD 系统维护供应商信息数据库，及时下订单

？ Maintain the supplier invoice checking in a timely manner and follow the supplier payment term./ 按照供应商付款期限及时检查维护供应商的发票

？ Deal with the monthly closing rate for NCR with outsourced parts by the company requirement or return goods issues in time./按公司要求及时与外协供应商处理外包件NCR的月结或退货问题
