职位描述：
1、主要负责公司来客来访人员的接待工作；
2、负责公司各类邮件、转发工作；
3、会议室预定
4、负责办公用品的领用和库存管理，日常用品和部分项目物品采购；
5、其他相关行政人事事宜
6、上级交待的其他事宜；

岗位要求：
1、年轻，形象好，气质佳；
2、 专科及以上，CET4，相关经验优先。
3、会使用办公软件，服从安排，对待工作认真负责；
4、办事沉稳、细致，思维活跃，有创新精神，良好的团队合作意识；
5、离公司近者将优先考虑；
6、请附近期生活照片一张。
7、最好能即时到岗。
