ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)


Production Responsibilities


1. Hiring and Training plan for workshop operators
2. On time finish production schedule
3. Production efficiency improvement and tracking
4. Overtime control
5. Implement and monitor workshop disciplines
6. Continuously improve safety and quality in work shop
7. Lean manufacturing implementation
8. Daily production/operators activities handling


Manufacturing Engineering Responsibilities


1. According to plant manager’s arrangement, issue Purchasing Request for Equipment, Fixture, Tooling and Material for production. And check the readiness of material, tooling, equipment, fixture, before production, report abnormal issues to plant manager.
2. Developing Manufacturing System Design schedule, make all of the preparative for the process release;
3. Take part in product analysis; implement the key characteristics identified into Process Development, Equipment, Fixture & tooling selection, etc.
4. Coordinate all related department's work to determine manufacturing Process for new product;
5. Make manufacturing process flow chart and build error proofing in manufacturing system;
6. make update on time according to product design change or manufacturing process improvement; and Prepare productive Equipment, Fixture & Tooling technical specification sheet, select equipment, fixture & tooling accordingly answer questions during building, confirm machine qualification standard of the equipment;
7. Lead the process parameter preparation and optimization. Machine and Tooling run off and buy off.
8. Implement facilities/machines preventive maintenance and break down repair
9. EHS activities handling


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
1. Bachelor's Degree is required. Major in mechanical Engineering background;
2. 5+ years working experience in manufacturing industry is required;
3. Hydraulic industrial experience is a must
4. Over 2 years working experience in process engineering;
5. Have Engineering management experience is preferred.
6. Production management experience is a plus
7. Good English language skill
