工作职责：
1.负责公司产品终端产品需求分析定义，包括前期的用户需求调研和应用系统项目组共同分析需求并制定产品计划；
2.负责与硬件生产厂商的沟通对接，包括提供硬件需求、审核硬件设计方案、监控研发进展、组织硬件测试，全面负责硬件研发的执行和效果评估以及后续改进工作；
3.负责与公司该硬件相关的应用系统项目组的沟通和协同，确保硬件产品按需按质量上线；
4.负责硬件产品的运维保修体系的建设；
5.持续关注业界动态和客户、应用项目组对于产品各项功能的反馈，能提出建设性的创新项目提案，不断提高产品用户体验和运营的效率。

岗位要求：
1.2年以上终端设备研发管理或运维管理经验；
2.熟悉ARM产品系列，熟悉各模块（CPU、主板、通信、开模、拍照等）技术发展现状；
3.协调沟通能力强，学习能力强，逻辑思维能力强；
4.参与过甲方硬件产品定制项目管理者优先。
5.本科以上通信、电子工程、自动化、计算机及其相关专业学历
