JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Title: Product Specialist-RC
Dept./Team/Function: Marketing/ ResMed China
Reporting –

Job Objective: To establish local marketing strategies, arrange marketing activities and provide product training/ marketing materials/ clinical updates to the team and partners in line with the company strategies and policies in RC segment in order to drive the growth in both existing and new segments

ThisProduct Specialist - RCposition, based in Beijing, operates within the Asia Pacific division and reports directly to Marketing Manager of RC
Responsibilities & Accountability:
l Manage all marketing activities of RC business for both national and regional levels.
l Provide marketing, product, clinicalsupport and trainingto all relevant distributors and internal staff in order to implement the company strategies and policies.
l Create and execute national programs for education, public awareness and be responsible for industry trade shows, web promotional programs, and other creative demand generation activities
l Manage training all products internally & externally within the China
l Provide clinical support & handle products related enquiry to all distributors & customers.
l Build up/strengthen relationship with KOLs & relevant medical organization
l Produce innovative materials for use in the Chinese market. Coordinate translation, editing and review, and production of commercial materials for use by the team and distributors.
l Regularly perform market research for later use in sector feasibility reports
l Assist BD team to provide clinical & product related materials for use in the Chinese market.
l Assist BD team to drive creative design of website layout. Work with team members to provide content and localize appropriate sections.
l Create coherent business proposals complete with market analysis, budget, plan of execution, and competitive landscape
l Collaborate with other team member to track and measure opportunities created by new demand
l Assist Marketing Manager to develop the new market segments
l Assist Marketing Manager to execute the special marketing projects that collaborate with third parties
l Other tasks and responsibilities as directed by Marketing Manager - RC.
Qualifications:
l Bachelor degree in medicine/ marketing or related field
l Native familiarity with the medical device business practices and cultural details across China
l 1-3 years marketing/ product management experience in China (Prefer)
l Fluent in Mandarin and English
l Ability to work successfully in teamwork
l Strong marketing communications skills and experience
l Able to learn about new technologies and skills
