Responsibilities/ Authorities工作职责权限:
-Installation, maintenance and continuous improvement of Supplier Management according to ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and all applicable Standards within Fresenius Medical Care for the AP region
-Compliation, evaluation, assessment and reporting to management of information and data of the effectiveness of the Supplier Management of applicable supplier (based in AP or used in AP)
-Observe and improve processes of the supplier management with other Regions and all plants within AP
-Support supplier selection, supplier qualification and supplier development within the Region
-Conduct of pre-Audits for Initial Supplier Assessments
-Plan and conduct QMS and Process audits for onboarding of new potential supplier and coordinate
supplier audits for existing supplier within AP
-Coordination and Follow up of corrective actions/preventive actions for existing supplier within AP
-Support supplier in continuously improving their quality management system
-Organization of the supplier evaluation AP with available tools and coordinate with similar functions within FMC
-Support of supplier qualification (technical and QMS) during development phase and for regular production
-Support for sourcing functions to assess technical needs for product (re-)qualification
-Support and coordinate with the plants to define raw material FMEAs and to establish product specific incoming inspection and quality control plans
-Coordinate, implement and follow-up changes at AP supplier into FMC Design/Process Change system

-Completed scientific (university) education
Work experience工作经验:
-a minimum professional experience of more than 5-7 years.

Competence and skills技能技巧:
-Advanced knowledge of applicable quality management standards (e.g. GMP EU and China, ISO 9001 and ISO 13485) and medical/medicinal devices regulations.
-Advanced knowledge of supplier management and applicable tools and processes
-Good and professional relationship to and communication with colleagues, subordinates, superiors and to internal and external customers. Integrating attitude and team player.
-High engagement on achieving the targets and on the objectives of the position, proactive and solution oriented approach towards problems
-Good handling of moderation- and presentation technique e.g. written and oral
-Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks
-Experience in project management
-Advanced English language skills
-Strong interactions with the other QS responsible persons from the different regions within the Fresenius Medical Care GMO organization or purchasing and R&D employees
-Need of excellent skills in analysis, innovation, communication, influencing and negotiation
