2.熟悉早期教育专业知识，熟练掌握亲子课程教学方法；
3．接受过正规的蒙氏、妙事多音乐、奥尔夫音乐、感统训练、亲子教育等课程培训的优先；
4. 普通话标准， 表现力强，有优秀的沟通及组织能力；

岗位职责：

岗位职责:
1. 负责按照教案要求，负责2-7岁教学工作；
2. 负责为家长提供育儿专业指导；
3. 负责与家长沟通保证会员良好的到课率；
4. 负责与顾问配合做好体验课程安排，保证较高的成单率；
5. 负责组织中心活动，并完成中心交办的其它工作。
