Position Description：

Location: Wuhan, Hubei.

Role (Purpose of the job)

The Asset Management Officer is responsible for execution of the VFS China Asset Management strategy and Collection policies covering the function and to ensure that Asset Management activities and processes are implemented effectively and efficiently.

资产管理专员是负责执行公司资产管理战略并且按照催收管理制度的要求确保对资产管理的高效和有效性。

Key Responsibility：

•Conduct on-site audit per audit schedule and policy & procedures按公司要求依据审计时间表执行现场库存审计；

•On-site audit on repossession of assets and the determination of the safe haven for VFS assets as regularly 对取回资产进行现场审计确保资产(设备)存放场所符合沃尔沃金融的标准；

•Monitor inventory status and provide report per requirement按要求对库存状况进行有效监控并形成定期报告制度；

•Seek local opportunities for inventory disposal and ensure the disposal of the asset to optimize the remarketing results via the optimal sales channel 寻找合适的销售渠道处置库存资产(设备)并且确保以最佳方案处置；

•Enforce dealer to follow audit policy and procedures确保代理商的库存管理符合审计要求；

•Improve the effectiveness and take initiatives to improve 高效和主动性；

•Subject to result-oriented working environment 服从于结果为导向的工作环境；

•Other Ad hoc job allocated by manager由管理层临时安排的任务

Education & Professional Experience：

•University or equal degree required preferably in Business or Marketing 大学毕业或相当学历；

•Typically a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales/collections of financial products and/or commercial vehicles (new or used) 至少二年的工作经历在金融产品领域或商业汽车的销售或者催收岗位(新车或二手车)；

•Knowledge of the technical specifications of commercial vehicles/or equipment’s 有商业汽车或者工程设备方面的技术知识者将优先考虑；

•Typically minimum of 2 years of field visit experience 至少二年的工作经历在现场拜访客户方面；

•Experience in working in an international environment 有在跨国或外商投资企业工作的经验 Main Competence Requirements

Managerial competencies & skills:

•Good knowledge and understanding of the used asset markets 良好的二手设备(车)市场知识和理解能力；

•Good knowledge and understanding of finance modeling and operating良好的融资模式及运营流程的知识和理解能力；

•Target-driven, self-motivated and willing to take responsibility 目标导向、自我激励和主动负责；

•Strong communications skills 较强的沟通能力；

•Self-motivated and can work under pressure较强的抗压能力；

•Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact and influence both internally and externally 良好的人际关系处理和有效地内部外部互动能力；

•Willing to traveling as assigned 愿意经常出差

General skills:

•High level of PC skills (Microsoft Excel, Power Point) 良好的电脑操作能力(Microsoft Excel, Power Point)；

•English (oral/written) competence will be preferred英语(口头表达/书面) 沟通能力将优先考虑
