工作职责：
1. 负责地服系统需求调研、分析，资源管理优化策略咨询，用户培训以及产品业务建模和初始化。
2. 与原厂产品工程师之间的业务沟通。
3. 进行需求调研，收集用户需求，编写需求调研报告。
4. 对收集的用户需求进行整理和分析，建立业务需求模型。
5. 使用用例描述用户需求，编写软件需求规格说明书。
6. 按照需求变更流程进行需求变更控制。
7. 跟踪需求在设计、编码和测试阶段的完成情况。
8. 维护产品或者项目相关文档。

任职要求：
1. 大学本科以上学历，2年以上的专职需求分析工作经验。
2. 丰富的信息系统技术背景和大型项目/产品实施项目经验，具备机场行业信息系统项目经验,特
别是运行管理、地面服务管理领域产品实施经验优先。
3. 熟悉需求分析方法和过程，能充分、准确的挖掘出客户的需求并形成相应需求定义说明书和
功能设计规格书。
4. 具有良好的团队协作精神，思维清晰敏捷，逻辑分析能力强，工作责任心强，富有进取心
5. 具备优秀的沟通和倾听能力，具备优秀的文档编写能力。
6. 流利的英语沟通能力及对机场行业及地服领域的专业英语翻译和阅读能力
