Tasks & Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with relevant function team to work out weekly material requirement plan and other cross function about unusual cases.

- 与其它部门协调，制定每周的采购计划，并及时解决特殊需求

- Prepare Purchasing Requisition. Purchasing Order ERP system key in and release to vendors.

- 准备采购申请，把采购单录入系统，并下订单给相应供应商

- Communicate with vendors to get PO confirmation and figure out any argument towards price and delivery time.

- 与供应商协商价格、交期等因素，使订单能够及时处理

- Prepare import documents as per shipping advice. Work with forwarder and custom clearance agency to ensure on time delivery.

- 根据到货通知，准备相应的进口清关资料，及时与货代沟通，确保清关顺利进行，及时收到货物

- Make application of Duty and VAT payment.

- 提交对关税和增值税的付款申请

- Supplier payment requisition handle and on time AP follow up.

- 及时跟进和解决供应商的付款问题

- Domestic suppliers sourcing and price negotiation.

- 内部供应商的筛选和价格协商

- Responsible for the inventory management and improve inventory turn, dispose slow moving products in time

- 负责库存管理、提高存货周转率，及时处理呆滞品

- Reduce material shortage times

- 减少缺货次数

- Report preparation (including return report, inventory analysis and so on) and import documents filing,

- 准备相关报表(包括 退货报表、库存分析表等)，以及清关资料的归档

- Ensure the implementation of 5S

- 确保5S工作的实施

- Any other duties assigned by supervisor.

- 其它上级安排的工作

Qualifications:

- At least college本科以上学历

- At least 3-year relevant working experiences 至少3年相关工作经验

- Be familiar with ERP system 熟悉ERP系统

- Be familiar with material control,logistic operation,purchasing process and import & export procedures 熟悉物料控制、物流运作流程、采购流程和进出口流程

- good attitude towards working, management skills良好的工作态度和管理技巧

- Patient, careful, responsible and hard work有耐心、认真仔细、有责任心、努力工作

- Creativity and ability to change有创造力、能够适应变化

- Ability to work under pressure能够在压力下工作

- Good interpersonal skill 良好的协调能力

- Communication abilities and ability to assert oneself良好的沟通技巧

- Practices teambuilding团队管理经验

- Chinese(native speaker)

- English(very good)

- Microsoft Office
