职位内容：
? Ensure the program goals and milestones are successfully achieved including all scheduled deliveries for a specific customer and/or product. Deliver the product in scope, on time, on budget with good quality.
? Navigate within the known team configuration to manage and support the functional deliverables of Hardware Engineering, Software Engineering, Testing/Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Logistics, Project Management, Certification, Agile & SCRUM, for Business Development, Marketing, and Sales, keeping the team focused on delivery.
? Manage 3rd parties, aligning the timelines for successful integration
? Identify risk and pro-actively develop mitigation plan with the teams.
? Customer communication from requirement through product delivery and service delivery.
? Support multiple programs / projects if needed.

职位要求：
? Graduated in BA/BS Degree, MBA preferred
? 3 to 5 years of experience in Telematics / Internet / Telecommunication or related, with a solid technical background and some commercial/customer experience.
? Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in Program Management, PMP Certification strongly preferred.
? Experience in building and sustaining customer relationships in Engineering, Product Planning, Qualification, Delivering, Marketing, etc.
? Strong schedule and planning skill set along with experience to challenge specific timing and inter-relationships.
? Ability to break complex problems into actionable components leading to resolution.
? Ability to manage the triple constraints of quality, cost, and time, to successfully deliver the program goals and milestones.
? Ability to communicate complex issues to Management and drive resolution by gaining internal and external management support.
? Excellent problem solver with broad exposure to relevant engineering and manufacturing technologies. Expertise in building and sustaining cross functional teams to deliver complex products and systems.
? Ability to resolve conflicts by identifying the win-win solution and "selling" to the internal team as well as the customer.
? Excellent written and oral English
