At Verizon, we are in search of an experienced Business Analyst to join our exciting growing telematics business. You will be able to working with business and IT application teams to following:
? Definition and analysis of business requirements for program development efforts leading to Business and Functional Requirements
? Critically think about business problems and create business requirements to meet the needs of the business and the customer
? Lead group-based Business Requirements Definition sessions
? Perform low-level Business Requirements gathering and entry
? Own responsibility of understanding requirements as they apply to Operational Level Process (OLPs) and translating that definition for project team members
? Create and garner business approval of OLPs
? Display expertise and experience entering requirements and process flows into preferred requirement tracking system
? Help development, testing and troubleshoot issues in business processes, requirement accuracy and usability
? Enter and maintain requirements in requirement tracking system and maintain traceability of requirements within the documentation tool

Responsibilities
? Demonstrate critically think about business problems and create business requirements to meet the needs of the business and the customer
? Business Analysis: Be able to participate or lead efforts with the business and technical teams to clarify the requirements from internal and external clients
? Documentation: Have the ability to develop requirement documents, Operational Level Process (OLPs) and functional requirements documents
? Work with the IT teams to make sure the appropriate business requirements are being followed, as well as following up with the business on any questions that the IT team may have in regards to the business requirements.
? Work with the test team and operation team on any new requirements that have been developed, to make sure they have an understanding on how systems and processes should work
? Other duties as assigned or requested

Qualification
? Fluent in both oral and written English and Mandarin are must
? Graduated with degree in Computer Science or related field
? 5+ year experience in Business Analysis on large complex systems
? Experience in thorough implementation lifecycle (requirement/specification definition, development, testing, migration and go-live support)
? Proven analytical skills
? Strong customer service orientation
? Knowledge of business process development and improvement

Preferred Qualifications:
? Experience working in an Agile development environment
? Experience writing user stories to develop development backlog
? Previous experience with specific business process to include:
? CRM process (call center management, marketing management, order management, etc.)
? BRM process (billing and revenue management)
? Customer self-service process (website service, mobile app service, etc.)
? Practical Project Management experience or formal training
? Experience with Siebel Call Center and preferable Siebel Automotive,
? E-Business Suite, BRM or OBIEE
? Experience in building customer web portal or mobile applications
? Telematics or automobile industry experience
