Responsibility:

• Perform daily accounting related matters, including accounting entries are prepared and posted in timely manner to meet closing timelines.
• Responsible for monthly end closing and financial report preparation including expense fluctuation analysis to ensure all expense items (accruals) are properly recorded
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and established internal and key controls
• Prepare and review all periodic reconciliations and follow up on pending issues and resolutions
• Responsible for tax filing and liaison with tax bureau
• Support internal and external audit and annual inspection filing
• Prepare fixed asset accounting and update the periodic data
• Support cash flow management by monitoring cash balance and preparing cash flow forecast
• Coordinate with payroll service provider on payroll payment and related accounting
• Responsible for local implementation of worldwide finance and non-finance systems initiatives
• Other things as required by Finance Manager/Regional Finance Director

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree required and field in finance/accounting preferred
• Good spoken & written English skills
• Minimum 5-8 years experience with FIEs in the field of accounting and tax including at least 1 year working experience as General Ledger Accountant; experience on revenue recognition preferred
• Good knowledge on internal control processes and GL functions
• Familiar with local tax policies & procedures
• Strong team player who possess strong sense of responsibility
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, can work independently
• Can work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Familiar with ERP (JDE preferred) and Office, esp. Excel
• Proactive attitude and can work with his/her own initiative
