岗位职责：为投资经理、交易员提供全面的交易支持

技能要求：
全国重点大学金融、会计、经济或相关专业本科及以上学历，成绩优异；
较强金融知识基础及定量分析能力；
掌握会计知识；
熟悉Microsoft Office及其它相关软件，熟练应用Excel；
英语沟通能力强，听、说、读、写流利；
较强的语言表达与文档能力；
可承受较长的夜间工作压力；
有彭博（Bloomberg）系统应用经验者优先；
处理问题逻辑性强、思路清晰，具有较强的学习能力，工作细心、认真，要求具有较强的团队合作精神；

Position: Operation Analyst

Responsibilities:
Provide complete trading support such as valuation, cash, and custom reports to portfolio managers, traders, including trade processing/settlement/confirmation, custodian bank and fund administrator reconciliations, profit & loss analysis, etc.

Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other science/engineering major;
Solid finance foundation and strong quantity analysis capability;
Essential accounting knowledge with detailed oriented skills;
Familiar with Microsoft Office and other computer software, especially Excel;
Fluent English communication skill is a must;
Good communication and documentation skills;
Must be available for overtime work schedule and night hours if necessary;
Bloomberg experience is preferred.
