职位描述
工作内容：
1、协助企业法律顾问起草或组织审查企业的重要规章制度；
2、参与企业的投资、融资、租赁、资产转让、股改等涉及企业权益的重要经营活动的准备工作，并处理相关的法律事务；
3、协助企业法律顾问审核企业的合同并对其进行归档管理；
4、办理企业授权委托、法定代表人身份证明、管理企业合同专用章等相关法律事务；
5、负责企业外聘律师的选择、联络及管理工作；
6、开展与企业生产经营相关的法律咨询、培训和宣传工作。
职位要求：
1、法律专业硕士学历，两年相关工作经验；
2、通过司法考试；
3、较强的沟通能力，较好的语言文字表达能力；
4、良好的逻辑判断能力以及团队协作精神；
5、英语表达能力良好
