职位描述
工作职责：
1、负责Web应用程序、软件产品用户界面及交互设计，制作和实现一流的用户界面；
2、根据需求与软件研发人员配合，实现产品界面；
3、进行网站/系统整体用户体验和版式设计，精通小图标和立体图标的设计制作；
4、本着以用户为核心的设计理念，对页面/用户界面进行优化，使操作更趋于人性化。
任职要求：
1、优秀的用户体验和界面设计能力， 对网站和界面设计有非常深刻的把握和理解；
2、善于创新，有针对不同功能和页面定位进而把握不同风格页面的能力；
3、计算机及相关专业本科以上学历，至少2年以上从业经验并且有过相关测试经验；
4、对产品流程、用户操作流程、及用户需求有深入理解；
5、为人亲和，善于协调沟通,极强的团队协作精神、优秀的学习能力与创新能力及较强的逻辑思维能力；
6、精通Dreamweaver、Photoshop、Illustrator、Flash等软件。
