Audience marketing management team is one of the key teams in DPE (Developer & Platform Evangelism), Microsoft.
It aims to develop and ensure the execution of the technical audience marketing strategy and vision in the subsidiary in partnership with segment marketing teams and CMG. AMM targets on working on a strong academic strategy to secure the future of developer and IT Pro.

Job Profile

Drive technology evangelism targeted at IT pro thru various audience marketing engines.

Orchestrate and execute private cloud IT camps to engage and impact more targeted IT professionals nationwide.

Scaling Microsoft’s business through a vibrant and loyal technical audience community: build user group to support breadth business foundation, optimize community engine for target audience out reach.
Ensuring consistency of messaging and branding across communities program and others (event, online).
Its responsibility for the overall success of through MS technology adoption among technical audience community via advanced marketing tools and strategy.

Qualification
Experience: 5 - 8 years of related experience
Bachelor’s Degree (B.S./B.A.) is required; Master’s Degree and MBA is preferred;

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Business Competencies

- 5 years+ solid marketing experience, IT-related background is preferred(software, computer hardware, online etc), with enthusiasms and passion of the related products

- Strong focus on the effectiveness and efficiency of the campaign execution

- Great communication and collaboration skills

- Strong analytical capabilities

- Team Player - must focus on winning as a team rather than individually

- Individual contributor able to work effectively across different teams

- Impact and Influence: gains support from others to achieve the desired business outcomes, especially in situations where there is no clear "ownership" of the issues under discussion

Fluent in Mandarin Chinese with excellent English communication skills
