Responsibilities

• Lead a team or assisting audit-in-charge in carrying out quality audit and other assurance services to clients
• Manage a team of professionals to deliver quality audit and other assurance services to audit clients
• Regular meetings with clients to obtain updates on their business, discussing issues and presenting audit findings
• Visit client's operation, on-site to gain a further understanding of their business
• Provide coaching and constructive feedback to team members
• Play a key role in preparing audit proposals and presentations
• Ongoing learning and development by attending professional training
• Recruitment of graduates

Experience

• Qualified CICPA holder with at least 6 years audit experience with a major firm
• Strong business awareness and an ability to identify audit issues arising from commercial transactions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Ability to multi-task, be flexible and work under pressure
• Self starter with good analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem solving
