Managing the best and brightest Consultant, Project Manager & Architect talent in IT services today- that is role of the World Wide Services Professional Development Resource Management (PDRM). The PDRM typically manages 20 to 30 billable consultants through which they drive customer satisfaction and services revenue. People leadership and business excellence are key to the success of the PDRM role, and make them a key stakeholder in the Microsoft Services leadership model.

The Professional Development Resource Management (PDRM) is responsible for successfully leading a team comprised primarily of consultants and project managers towards high quality engagements which result in very satisfied customers.
Manages the staffing process and placement of highly qualified individuals from their team on qualified engagements
Meets team billable utilization goals
Engages with customers as appropriate to ensure the highest team customer satisfaction results
Hires appropriate technical and project management individuals to meet the demands of practice head count objectives
Drive team technical and professional role readiness, and participate in workforce and capacity planning as appropriate for their practice
Qualifications:
- 8 - 10 years of related experience
- BA or Master’s degree
- 5 years of experience managing at least 25 direct reports.
