岗位职责：
一、协助HRIS规划、统筹及维护和各项目的数据整理、分析等支持工作，具体如下：
1、HRIS上线前数据整理与核查；
2、根据项目实施方法论，协助项目各阶段相关文档的设计和编写工作；
3、参与系统设置和维护等工作；
4、协助对用户进行系统方案和操作知识等方面的培训，与供应商共同编写用户手册；
5、协助系统二次开发及运行过程中相关问题的反馈、协调与解决；
6、根据项目实施计划监控项目进度及开发任务的完成质量；参与系统软件平台的安装、设置和维护等工作。

二、负责项目规划组会议纪要和月度报告维护；
三、协助主管完成集团人力资源各个项目规划的日常工作；

任职资格：
一、大专及以上学历，人力资源管理、信息化财务专业优先；
二、有人力资源、财务、或数据处理的工作经验优先考虑；
三、有HR专业资格认证者优先；
四、熟练使用计算机办公软件，精通Excel各种操作；
五、英语读写水平良好。
