职位描述
岗位职责：
1、按照产品的需求对产品后台进行相关设计以开发工作；
任职要求：
1>有三年及以上的J2EE工作经验 .
2>有oracle的使用经验，熟悉oracle数据库结构，熟悉index，view，function 以及procedure的使用方式。
有一定的数据库层优化经验（优先选择）
3>有JSF的使用经验，对事件驱动模式有一定的认识；
4>熟悉hibernate原理，熟悉hibernate 缓存机制以及参数配置，有过hibernate/ibatis 项目经验；
5>熟悉spring原理，对IOC和AOP机制有深刻的了解 ，对事务管理有一定的了解。熟悉SPEL的优先选择；
6>对设计模式有一定的了解 ，有一定的子模块和子系统的设计以及架构能力；
7>熟悉quartz 等类似的调度框架 ，并且有一定的项目经验；
8>熟悉spring batch 等批处理框架 ，并且有一定的项目经验；
9>有一定的英文文档读写能力和英语沟通能力 ，可以客户进行交流；
10>有一定的领导力和项目驱动力，可以带领小团队进行开发，驱动开发进度，并且在开发过程中提出自己的见解和解决方案。
