职位描述：

1. 负责项目成本管理、质量管理及进度管理，对项目的成败负总体责任；

2. 检查并核对项目副理/助理/开工前制定的进度表并取得业主的确认，并以进度为目标开展项目；

3. 掌握并督促工地管工工作；

4. 独立与政府部门、设计师、业主、大楼、厂商及工地管工的协调沟通，解决疑难问题，确保项目顺利进行。

任职要求：

1. 大学本科以上学历，建筑/室内设计/工程管理专业；

2. 8年以上同行业工作经验；

3. 英语六级以上水平，口语和书面语沟通良好；、

4. 具有一级建造师资格者优先考虑。

Job Description:

1. Responsible to engineering process management, quality management, cost management and engineering fitment;

2. Check and review project schedule before starting, and acquire the confirmation from clients;

3. Communicate and coordinate independently with government, designers, clients, builders, suppliers and superintendents;

4. Good troubleshooting skills to ensure the project process;

Qualification Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in construction/ design/ engineering management or related field;

2. At least 8-10 years work experience;

3. Fluent English in speaking and writing, English native speaker is desirable;

4. First-grade registered construction engineer definitely will be an advantage.
