工作职责;
Responsibility:

1. Facilitate and drive supplier continuous improvement according to NovoFibre standard and culture.
根据诺菲博尔标准及文化，指导助供应商不断提高及改进；
2. Support purchasing manager for the daily supplier management.
协助采购经理进行日常的供应商管理；
3. Coordinate with Quality , RD and other user department for supplier audit.
协调与质量、研发和使用部门一起进行供应商审核；
4. Be familiar with the purchasing procedure (establish the sourcing procedure, new supplier create procedure, quotation rules, bidding procedure)
熟悉采购流程（建立寻找供应商流程，开发供应商流程，报价原则，招投标流程）
5. Implements sourcing plans and tactics to effectively manage the sourcing activities related to his/her assigned portfolio in order to maximize supplier performance (cost, quality, lead time) and support the business plan.;
根据被分配的任务，通过实施寻找供应商计划及战略，使供应商达到最佳表现（成本、质量及货期），来给予公司最大支持。
6. Evaluates current and prospective suppliers through supplier reviews, site visits and audits, in coordination with Supplier Quality teams, to assure supply capabilities, on- ime delivery, quality and service;
通过与质量部门的合作，对供应商进行的考察，实地考核，来评价现有的及潜在的供应商，来确认供应商的能力，OTD,质量和服务。
7. Negotiates prices and terms with suppliers in order to meet specified quality, delivery and cost objectives;
通过和供应商的谈判来达到我们的质量、交货期及成本目标；
8. Builds strong relationships with internal customers in order to meet defined objectives;
和内部客户建立很好的合作关系来达到预定目标；
9. Market research (search for new suppliers), partly based on special material requirements
有时候需要根据特殊的产品要求，来进行市场搜索（寻找新供应商），
10. Develop and implement control plans
发展和实施控制计划；
11. Launch orders for all purchasing items according to Purchasing plan and follow up the delivery time according to Plant schedule.
根据采购计划发出采购订单并根据工厂计划安排及跟踪到货时间；
12. Prepare PR/PO cost analysis report by monthly.
每月进行PR/PO成本分析
13. Payment/Invoice follow up.
发票及付款的跟进；
14. Keep updating database of suppliers and price.
持续在数据库里更新供应商及价格信息；

任职要求：
Qualification Required:

1. Bachelor degree or above,
本科以上学历
2. Minimum 5 years working experience in purchasing Area.
至少五年采购经验
3. Good commercial knowledge.
很好的商务知识；
4. Problem identification and correction process
问题识别及改正流程
5. Experience with supplier Management ;
具有供应商管理经验；
6. Professional negotiation skill
专业的谈判经验
7. Fluent in English, Chinese
流利的中英文交流
8. Sufficient professional experience for supplier assessment, approval of tools or preliminary releases
在供应商评估及初期审核有足够的经验
9. Good computer know-how (MS-Office)

Product Profile

集团在陕西杨凌国家级农业高新技术产业示范区建设了全球第一条年产六万立方米定向结构麦秸板生产线。
The company has invested the world’s first OSSB production line, with a production capacity of 60,000 m3 annually, in the national Yangling Agricultural Hi-tech Industries Demonstrative Zone of Shaanxi Province.

生产线应用加拿大阿尔伯塔研究院的专利技术，利用天然小麦秸秆为原材料，辅以无甲醛的胶黏剂，经过一整套加工工艺热压而成的一种多层结构板材。这种板材具有结构强度高、承载性能强、甲醛“零”排放、握钉力出色、防潮防虫、易于加工等特性，可以广泛应用于建筑工程、室内装潢、家具地板、包装行业等领域。
Licensed exclusively by Alberta Research Council Canada, this line can produce a multi-layer structural panel by processing natural wheat straw glued with a formaldehyde-free adhesive. This panel, applauded for its performance in terms of structural strength, loading capacity, formaldehyde-free, nail holding, and workability. Can be applied in construction, interior decoration, furniture, flooring, packaging, etc.

诺菲博尔生态板实现了麦秸秆的循环利用和节材代木，不仅有利于保护森林资源，而且有效地减少了秸秆焚烧带来的环境污染问题，秸秆回收又可以为农民增收开辟了新途径。
Novofibre ecological panels help recycling straw and saving wood; protecting forest resources, avoiding pollution caused by burning straw and allowing local farmers to increase their income.
