Requirements
- Degree Holder with a minimum 10 years’ practical experience in senior merchandising position;
- Proven experience in handling production of items;
- Mature, independent, pro-active, well-organized;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and fluent command of written and spoken English;
- Possess strong leadership, managerial skills and fast in problem solving solutions;
- Stationed in Dongguan, China

- Responsibilities
- Ability to handle and resolve day to day problems;
- Implement company policies / procedures ;
- Monitor the operation in Merchandising / Production activities :
- Ability and experience in putting together plans / programs for the company to increase production ;
- Develop solid relationships with factories ;
- Facilitate daily communication externally and internally ;
- Immediate availability
