职位描述
？ HR Strategies
？ Work closely with Operations, supporting the implementation of business plan, highlighting potential HR-related business opportunities or weaknesses.
？ Proactively build strong relationship with stakeholders like Operations, employees, labor union, local government department etc. to understand their needs, requirements and challenges.
？ Provide HR consulting services and solutions to support targeted business goals.
？ Organization diagnosis / Change consulting
？ Diagnosis organization’s culture, and structural & operational strengths and weaknesses,
？ Design appropriate change interventions to improve organization effectiveness
？ Staffing Analysis and reporting:
？ Diagnosis immediate and long-term staffing needs,
？ Execute tactical workforce planning in alignment with business needs
？ Planning & Monitoring
？ Personnel cost planning, performing periodic cost and productivity analyses.
？ Compliance: ensure adherence to relevant labor law, EICC requirement, SOX requirement, corporate & regional policies etc.
？ Recruiting
？ Ensure vacancies are filled in within committed lead time
？ Selection effectiveness management
？ Employee Relationship
？ Employee engagement
？ Employee retention
？ Handle employee discipline and reward
？ Handle employee communication and grievance
？ BHRA strategy KPIs, include IEHS KPIs meet Target.
？ Achieve regional/ company project objectives and meet deadlines.
？ HC control within budget/forecast.
？ BHRA retention KPIs meet target.
？ 100% accuracy and availability of cost analysis/report.
？ 100% comply with laws and China HR policies.
？ Meet all audit requirements, such as CSR/EICC, SOX, and HRSAS etc.
？ No. of findings meet targets.
？ Recruiting lead time meet target.
？ BHRA retention KPIs meet target.
