岗位要求：
1．要求本科学历，光电子，光学，物理或电子专业；
2．2年以上光器件，光模块或者通信设备子系统的生产研发经验，具有对光设备制造商的技术支持或者客服经验者为佳；
3．熟悉光器件及模块，比如SFP，XFP，LD, LN 光调制器，等；对光网络设备及数据通信设备比较了解；
4．良好的英语口语和书面能力；
5．待人真诚，具有较好的人际交往沟通能力和积极主动的团队合作精神；
6．工作认真负责，细心谨慎；
7．具有较强的逻辑思维能力，思路清晰

1. Bachelor degree required, major in Optoelectronics, Optical Networking, Physics, or Electronics
2. 2+ years working experience in manufacturing or R&D in fiber optic components, modules, or subsystems for communication application; Working experience for customer technical support or customer service to Optical Equipment makers is more better;
3. Familiar with Optical components, such as SFP, XFP, LD, LN Modulator etc; good understanding for Optical Networking system and datacom equipment;
4. Fluency in both spoken and written English;
5. Good communication skills and team work;
6. Work hard and actively , very circumspective; Honesty and steadfast;
7. Good logical thinking ability;
