Job Description:

- Manage and direct sales engineers' team, responsible for sales activities with customers

- Drive account business development together with other departments (i.e, internal sales.), support customer's

technical and commercial requirements, to achieve sales target

- Make business development plan and carry out

- Drive achievements in terms of sales revenue, design-win revenue, sales forecasts, order pursuing,

optimal pricing, delivery performance, customer strategic alliance and gross margin per account

Job Requirements:

- Management experience of sales

- Bachelor or Master degree in Electronics Engineering or related field

- At least 6 years related working experience, particularly in sales or FAE manager of

key account development function in areas of optical communication.

- Fluent in spoken & written Chinese and English is mandatory

- Good presentation & communication skills and an excellent team player

- Ability to work under high pressure

- Willing to travel within China and overseas
