2. Hardware: Good English skills (reading and writing). Good skills in computers (Windows, MS, IE).
3. Software: Excellent communication skills. Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized. Ability to work under pressure.
4. Specific Job Description: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned
?Receive products sent by customers, input related customer information into system.
?Open service request in ORACLE system.
?Answer customer's phone call, emails regarding with his service request situation, and other service related questions.
?Close service request in ORACLE system.
?Arrange product shipping and inform customer.
?Ordering service parts and does the receiving.
?Arrange product pick up service if needed.
5. Educational Level Desired/Preferred: Bachelor degree or above
