GENERAL ROLE DESCRIPTION:
This position is responsible for managing the overall permit process for all facilities and infrastructure within the theme park. The manager will establish and maintain a tracking system for all permits required and will be a pivotal point of contact with the Administration Agency responsible for the co-ordination and delivery of permits.
CORE FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Work with project schedulers to obtain the submittal dates for each permit
· Work with Land level Design Managers to ensure there is a clear understanding of the documentation required for submittal
· Submit permit in association with TP Director of Design
· Liaise with Admin Agency on a daily basis to track the processing and status of the submittal review
TECHNICAL SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
· Have worked in an environment where permitting activity was key for success
· Highly proficient withal components on Microsoft Office Suite
· Bilingual in Chinese (Mother Tongue) and English
LEADERSHIP SKILLS:
Manage a small team of clerical staff.
EDUCATION, TRAINING, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Degree level qualification in Engineering, Architecture, Law or other major Life Science
DESIRED QUALIFICATION:
Prerence fo having worked in an international project environment
