Essential Responsibilities
- Review electrical drawing, understand the function and standard requirements; prepare electrical testing tools or apparatus if necessary; proposing improvement suggestion to design team if needed; estimate labor hour and provide process method regarding electrical assembly; prepare electrical consumable material list according project requirement;
- Prepare and improve electrical task SOP, training and coach employee on electrical standards; technical support for production line to ensure EHS compliance and meeting quality requirement;
- Solve problems which occur during assembly and testing in a timely manner to ensure on time delivery with good quality;
- Responsible for ITP updating and improvement for PLC program testing section; finalize test plan and requirement with production, quality and design function team;
- Follow requirement to finish the testing, and submit test report;
- Continuous lesson learning from project, and improve productivity, quality, reduce cost and lead time through teamwork with production, design and quality function;
- Supporting quality function on incoming inspection, internal process quality;
- Participant in production line improvement activity regarding EHS, Ergo and Lean.
- Arrange job for electrical technician and coach him if necessary;
- Other task assigned by superior.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Major in electrical engineering, bachelor degree or equal;
- At least 3 years' manufacturing experience focus on electrical;
- Solid experience on PLC both hardware and software, experience on electrical instrument installation and setting up;
- Good communication ability, good at English both on reading and speaking;
- Good team work and leadership;
- Water treatment industry experience preferred.
