Key Responsibilities
Participating in analyses of requirements as well as functional design whenever necessary.
Performing design, coding, testing, application maintenance, performance tuning activities.
Providing user support
Assisting in identifying configuration changes to applications.
Participating in the implementation of all actions required to deploy an application.
Reporting disruptions in the processes.
Ensuring process implementation and raising suggestions for improvement.
Assisting with the development of a high-performance, motivated workgroup and fostering team-building skills.

进行系统的设计、编码、测试、维护和系统性能优化
提供用户支持
协助识别用户应用配置更改.
参与部署实施应用程序所要求的所有活动
报告流程中出现的问题
确保流程的实施并提出改进建议
协助高效、激励型团队的建设，培养团队建设能力
Qualifications
College/ Diploma or above.
Actual role-specific skills to be defined on a ‘per position’ basis.
Familiar with SAP ABAP Module
3+ years relevant working experience.
Good at written and verbal Japanese or English.
Professional Skill Requirements
Ability to work independently under pressure.
Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
Proactive and Flexible working style.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Good time management skills.
Basic coaching/supervising skills.
