Role and responsibility:

• Lead development team in requirement analysis and estimate efforts required for design, development of system components and modules.


• Understand the scope of project, customer expectations leading to conceptualization of the solution by working with architect and business analyst.


• Lead release planning activities and identify the release milestones and ensure timely delivery.


• Developing and maintaining a detailed project plan using MS-Project and handling the delivery metrics in the delivery management tools.


• Managing project deliverables in line with the project plan and monitor project progress and performance.


• Recording and managing project issues and escalating where necessary.


• Resolving cross-functional issues at project level and managing co-ordination with upstream / downstream systems on the project work.


• Providing status reports to the leadership.


• Managing project financials within the defined budget.


• Identify the resource requirement needs and take part in recruitment to identify the best fit.


• Do causal analysis on the defects injected at various phases and come up with action plan for continuous improvement.

• 8+ overall IT working experience, with 5+ years .NET development work


• English Skill - Fluent English speaking.


• Technical Skill - Working knowledge of : SQL Server 2008 & 2012, C#, Asp.Net framework 4.0, MVC 3.0, Ajax, JQuery


• Soft Skill – Team management and coaching with 10~15 members, with at least 3 years team management experience, familiar with estimation, MS planning, members assignment, project monitoring/tracking, project metrics and reporting, issue/risks management, project budgeting etc. management activities


• Soft Skill - Strong ability to learn new things.
